Pursuant to the extended Emergency Declaration of May 12, 2020, Henderson County remains under a state of emergency until June 2, 2020. As part of that emergency declaration, all public access to government buildings will be limited until June 2, 2020, including public attendance at Commissioners' Court meetings. The public may view Commissioners' Court meetings live at YouTube on the Henderson County Admin Channel.

If the public would like to make a comment on any of the agenda items, they can fill out and submit the public participation form by the end of business day on the Monday before the Commissioners' Court meeting at which you want to speak.
