FAQ List

There are five Justice of the Peace precincts in Henderson County.

Please use the following map to determine which precinct you are in.

Service Requests are a tool for you, the citizen, to request help from County departments.

To submit a Service Request, you will need to register an account.  Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email.  At this point you're ready to submit a Service Request.

Once logged in, simply select a topic and make a short subject.  In the large text box, create a detailed message to inform the department of your issue/comment.  Click submit and you're done!

To check status of the Service Request, log into the system and your open requests will be listed above the area where you make a request.

E-Notify is Henderson County's system to alert you of an event.  This can range from a meeting of the Commissioners' Court to a local emergency.

If you want to register, click on the E-Notify button on the Home page.  The registration page asks you to use your email address and your first/last name.  That's all it requires!

If you select Calendar items or News, you will get alerts according to the category you select.  You can change these at any time. 

All you have to do now is check your email for upcoming events!

 

In most cases, the first digit of the County Road number will be the Precinct you live in.

For example:
If your CR starts with 1XXX, you will probably be in Precinct 1.
If your CR starts with 2XXX, you will probably be in Precinct 2.*
If your CR starts with 3XXX, you will probably be in Precinct 3.*
If your CR starts with 4XXX, you will probably be in Precinct 4.

*You should reference the Precinct Map to confirm boundary changes in the 2011 redistricting.

If you don't know the CR number, or if it is a name, you will need to verify the road number on the Precinct map.
